Nilesh Dhumal started riding BMX in Mumbai more than a decade ago, few years later enjoyed riding mountain bikes and today is a popular face in the India’s Bicycle Community. He entered the competitive biking arena in 2001 representing MAHARASHTRA in the Cross country Team, also represent for local bike Shops/ Teams In Pune / Mumbai for the local BMX-freestyle /race comps and would often be seen on the podium.

Aside from his riding career, Nilesh has other involvements with the sport, including contributing towards course designs for various races. And acting as technical support for pro teams and riders. He is also the Editor of Crank with ProCycle - India’s Only Cycling Magazine.
